"If you were to take CATHEDRAL's Forest of Equilibrium and MY DYING BRIDE's first EP & album, and combine them, you'd have this album. Heaviness without end, raw yet understandable vocals, variance in tempo, excellent production. It's all here. For those of us who have missed this kind of Doom, SYRACH are like a nightmare come to life & bent on destruction. That sounds pretty fuckin' awesome to me.
