AtmOsfear

In 1996, Olaf Sorgenfrei and Burhkart Heberle, both from the band Coloured Dreams, and Boris Stepanow (ex-Into Neverland) decided to start a progressive rock band in which everyone would be able to fulfil their own musical ideas and wishes.

When Oliver Wulff and Stephan Kruse (both from Yawp!) join this project to perfection, AtmOsfear is born. The name AtmOsfear comes from the words "Atmosphäre" (well, they are German, aren't they?) and "fear", and describes the perfect balance between the spherical and the dark in their music. The self-titled demo was well received, but the band is still without a label. And their beautiful material, enough for a full length album or more, is still lying there on a shelf in a moist cellar. That's not the right atmosphere for such good music.
