The Aquabats is een Amerikaanse rockband, opgericht 1994 te Californië. Hoewel de samenstelling sindsdien heel vaak veranderd is, zijn zanger The MC Bat Commander en bassist Crash McLarson altijd bij de groep betrokken geweest. Shows van de band laten zich kenmerken door aparte kostuums. In totaal bracht The Aquabats vijf albums uit: The Return of the Aquabats (1996), The Fury of the Aquabats! (1997), The Aquabats vs. the Floating Eye of Death! (1999), Charge!! (2005) en Hi-Five Soup! (2011).
