John Hill maakt akoestische folk-rock en zingt o.a. over thuiskomen en weggaan. Zijn eerste EP werd goed ontvangen bracht hem bij verschillende radiostations. Nu speelt hij met een begeleidingsband bestaande uit Roelijn Kok op viool, Francesco Taranto op bas en Pim Zielman op drums samen. In 2012 komt zijn tweede EP "Awfully Close" uit.
