The Tallest Man on Earth is de artiestennaam van de eigenlijk niet zo heel lange Zweed Kristian Mattson. Hij brengt in 2008 zijn eerst solo album The Shallow Grave uit en in 2010 verschijnt zijn tweede album The Wild Hunt.
The Tallest Man on Earth wordt gekenmerkt door een harde en rauwe Bob Dylan-achtige stem in combinatie met vlot akoestisch gitaarspel.
