PEARS have brought an incredibly refreshing and unique sound with in-your-face hardcore (Minor Threat or Black Flag—sound verses) and extremely melodic and lighthearted pop-punk. Off With Their Heads frontman Ryan Young loved the band so much he put their album Go To Prison out on vinyl.

PEARS have been on the road nonstop, supporting the likes of the Dwarves, Red City Radio, A Wilhelm Scream, Teenage Bottlerocket, Lagwagon and Strung Out. A Wilhelm Scream guitarist Mike Supina helped engineer and produce the new album Green Star which will be out on April 1st!

Smash The Statues plays melodic, political hardcore punk if you're okay with that.
