Frank Carter zegt tour met Papa Roach af (waaronder 2 shows in Benelux)

De band Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes gaat niet mee op tour met Papa Roach. In een statement laat Frank Carter weten dat de laatste twee jaren een hoge tol hebben geeist op de frontman en zijn familie. Ondanks de hoogtepunten waren er ook een aantal diepe dalen. Om zijn gemoedsrust terug te winnen neemt Frank wat tijd voor zichzelf.

Papa Roach treedt op 29 september in 013 in Tilburg (tickets) op en op 1 oktober in Trix in Antwerpen. Bij beide shows zou Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes als supportact optreden.

De organisatie van 013 laat weten dat er hard gewerkt wordt aan het vinden van een geschikte vervangende act.

No person should ever have to constantly fight through demons. So instead, I am taking some time away from touring to focus on finding the light within myself to be able to always find a safe passage through any situation that the dark labyrinthine confines of my mind can throw at me. I will therefore not be able to perform on our upcoming European tour with Papa Roach.
I am incredibly lucky to have the life that I have, I want to be able to enjoy it for a long time and the only way I can do that is to be brutally honest with myself and stand up and say "I am not ok..." But I will be."
